It is the dream of most ladies if not all to give birth and be called a mother. The ability to give birth is one of the most important things in life since we were also procreated by someone and we also have to procreate. Without this, there will be the extinction of the human rays. As easy as it may look, not everyone can partake in this natural right of procreation. Due to certain challenges, we will be talking about some people who are not able to give rise to young ones of their own to inherit them. Infertility have being on the rise due to changes in our way of life, behaviour and diet.

The pride of every young girl or lady is to be called a mother one day. But as their ages advance, not all of them attain that motherhood state in life. Several hindrances are embargo are placed on childbirth and motherhood women. Some of the causes of infertility may be due to one's habits, health implications, structural deformation, incompatibility tissue and genetics. Let's digest all the possible causes of infertility in ladies and how we can prevent those that are preventable.

WHAT IS INFERTILITY IN WOMEN?

Infertility is a condition in which a woman is not able to get pregnant and give birth to a child of her own. The word infertility may be used to describe any form of the condition, disease or malformations that impede the ability of a lady to give birth to a child of her own. infertility is becoming a common issue among ladies of childbearing age. At least  10% of the all-women on our planet suffer one form of infertility issue in their lifetime. The chances of infertility may increase exponentially as age advances in ladies. And the rate at which infertility is increasing among ladies is alarming and needs the collaboration of all the necessary stakeholders.

For heterosexual couples, researchers have revealed that about 33.33% of the infertility problems in from the man, 33.33% are from the woman and the remaining 1/3 is a combination of both known and unknown reasons. How for the sake of this article we are ignoring the malefactor of infertility. Note, that having fertility problems does not mean you can never give birth. Some problems are not very serious and can be easily corrected, while others too are very complicated. Being complicated does mean nothing can be done about it.

TYES OF INFERTILITY

According to W.H.O, infertility is the inability to give birth after one year of having unprotected sex.

1) PRIMARY INFERTILITY. Primary infertility is a term used to describe a condition in which a woman has never been pregnant and may not be able to conceive after one year of having unprotected sex and without using any birth control methods. The fellow not even for once being pregnant.

2) SECONDARY INFERTILITY. Unlike the primary secondary infertility is a condition in which a woman can't get pregnant or conceive after having one successful pregnancy. The fellow is having a problem with being pregnant after the preceding pregnancy.

FEMALE FACTOR OF INFERTILITY.

Infertility in females is caused by so many factors. But all these factors work to achieve one or two of the following aims.

1. To prevent fertilization from taking place. Thus, preventing the sperm from uniting with the ovum.

2. Preventing implantation from taking place. Preventing the fertilized egg from attaching itself to the wall of the womb for nourishment and development.

3. Preventing the already implanted egg from surviving in the uterus thereby leading to miscarriage during pregnancy in some women. Even though there may be other factors, these are the three main ones.

1) Old age. Old age is one of the factors that affect fertility in ladies. The closer a lady is to her menopause, the lower the chance of being fertilized. Old age is characterised by hormonal imbalances and weakness in the reproductive system. Ladies from 35 years and above mostly have fertility problems. It is advisable to give birth in your twenties and earlier thirties to prevent the chance of giving birth to syndromic babies

2) Abnormal menstruation. Irregular menstrual partner and period is a sign that there is an issue with the reproductive system. Either the is inconsistency in the release of the ovum or there is a problem with the flow of blood from the uterus. If any of these is experienced, contact your doctor as early as possible.

3) Cancer. Chemotherapy used in cancer treatment can cause reproductive complications. The use of alkylating agents affects the production of estrogen which is one of the most important hormones if not the most important one in the female reproductive system. Inability to produce estrogen means you can't have a good functional reproductive system. Because estrogens together with progesterone control all reproductive activity in females.

4) Hormonal imbalance. Closely related to the previous point is the inconsistency of these two hormones. This occurs when the two main hormones that control reproduction in a woman do not alternate well to ensure balance.

POSSIBLE WAYS TO TREAT INFERTILITY IN FEMALES

There are some very simple treatments for minor causes, like keeping good personal hygiene, treating an infection on time, avoiding too much exercise, eating a balanced diet, and avoiding alcohol and hard drugs. These are just but a few personal remedies to prevent infertility. More importantly, contact your physician when you fill there is something not right in your system

CONCLUSION

Several conditions may single-handedly or collectively be the cause of infertility in females. About one-tenth of all females on earth are suffering from infertility issues one way or other. The number one prevention of all these problems is good personal hygiene to prevent bacteria infection. Also, infections must be treated at an early stage. One should try hard to prevent illegal abortion. Most of these abortions cause mechanical damage to the womb and other reproductive organs.
